Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez says an arrest this morning in College Station has landed them a big piece of the puzzle in the murder-for-hire plot that killed Gallerie Jewelers’ owner Theodore Shaughnessy. Hernandez reports 21-year-old Johnny Roman Leon III was taken into custody.

Leon is being charged with the same thing as Shaughnessy‘s son Nicolas and daughter-in-law Jaclyn Edison, criminal solicitation of capital murder.
