Senator John Cornyn, in Austin for the Veterans Day parade and ceremony, calls for more improvement to the Veterans Administration, to assure that our veterans are getting the health care they need and deserve. He says recent legislation that allows more doctor choice for veterans is a step in the right direction, but only a beginning. He says the VA has long been plagued by problems and we need to continue to work to improve the quality of healthcare once soldiers are separated from the military.
