Two APD officers are set to go on trial over allegations of excessive force

Robert Pfaff and Donald Petraitis have pleaded not guilty over a February incident involving SWAT officers responding to a shooting call at Red River and 12th.  Quentin Perkins claims Pfaff used a stun gun on him because he is black, and disputes the officers’ claim that he refused to get on the ground when commanded.

Both officers are charged with tampering with evidence for inconsistencies in their official reports.
