it’s being called the most significant organizational development in decades for the Army. Beating out 14 other cities, Army Undersecretary Ryan McCarthy says it will modernize Army technologies and priorities, the first of which is improving its long-range tactical missile system.
Higher education, entrepreneurship, and quality of life are all factors leading to Austin being chosen. It will be led by a 4-star general and employ 500 people, many of whom will come from the private sector
